1. இத்திட்டதில் சேர 11 மாதங்கள் கட்ட போகின்ற தவனைத் தொகையை தேர்வு செய்து இடைவிடாமல் தொடர்ந்து கட்டவேண்டும்.
2. விண்ணப்பத்தை பூர்த்தி செய்து, நிபந்தனைகளை புரிந்து, கையொப்பம் இடவும்.
3. வங்கி விவரம் கண்டிப்பாக தர வேண்டும். அரசாங்க உத்தரவின் படி 345 நாட்களுக்கு மேல் (11 மாதங்களுக்கு மேல்) உங்களின் பணம் எங்களிடம் இருக்கக் கூடாது. அதனால், உங்களது வங்கி கணக்கில் வரவு வைக்கப்படும். அவ்வாறு அனுப்பப்பட்ட தொகையை மீண்டும் சிவ வள்ளி விலாஸ் ஜூவல்லர்ஸ் வங்கி கணக்கிற்கு NEFT/IMPS/ RTGS செய்து இத்திட்டத்தின் பயன்களை பெறலாம் ( 2 மாதத்திற்குள்). இரண்டு மாதங்களுக்கு மேல் வந்தால் எந்தவித சலுகைகளும் கிடையாது.
4. 11 மாதங்கள் தவணைத் தொகையை கட்டியதும், தாங்கள் நகை எடுக்க வரும் தேதியின் தங்க விலையின் படி, எடையாக மாற்றப்பட்டு, அந்த எடைக்கு தங்க நகைகளை சேதாரம் 15% தள்ளுபடியில் பெறலாம். இந்த சேமிப்பு திட்டத்தை முழுமையாக செலுத்தும் வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்கு மட்டுமே திட்டத்தின் சலுகைகள் பொருந்தும்.
5. தாங்கள் தேர்வு செய்த நகையின் மொத்த மதிப்பிற்கான, அரசு நிர்ணயித்த GST வரியை வாடிக்கையாளர் செலுத்தி நகைகளை பெற்றுக் கொள்ளலாம்.
6. சேர்த்த எடைக்கு மேல் நகைகள் எடுக்கும் பட்சத்தில், அதிகமாக எடுக்கும் எடைக்கு சேதாரம் மற்றும் செய்கூலியில் எந்த வித தள்ளுபடியும் கிடையாது. ஒன்றுக்கும் மேற்பட்ட பொருட்களை எடுக்கும் பட்சதில், அவற்றில் அதிக சேதாரம் கொண்ட பொருளுக்கான சேதாரமே பொருந்தும்.
7. இடையில் ஒரு சில மாதங்கள் கட்டாமல் விட்டு விட்டால், கீழ்க்கண்ட நிபந்தனைகள் பொருந்தும்:

முதிர்வு தேதியின்போது

1. 8 தவணைகள் அல்லது அதற்கு கீழ் கட்டி இருந்தாள், இத்திட்டத்தின் எந்தவித சலுகைகளும் பயன்களும் பொருந்தாது. நீங்கள் கட்டிய தொகை எடுக்கும் நகைக்கு, பணமாக கழிக்கப்படும். நீங்கள் நகை எடுக்காத பட்சத்தில், கட்டிய தொகை, பணமாக திருப்பி தரப்படாது.
2. 9 தவணைகள் கட்டி இருந்தாள், 11% வரை சேதாரம் இல்லாமல் தங்க நகைகளை எடுத்துக்கொள்ளலாம்.
3. 10 தவணைகள் கட்டி இருந்தாள், 13% வரை சேதாரம் இல்லாமல் தங்க நகைகளை எடுத்துக்கொள்ளலாம்.

8. ஒவ்வொரு மாதமும் 25ஆம் தேதி தவணை செலுத்த கடைசி நாளாகும்.
9. சட்ட விதிமுறைகள் புதுச்சேரி நகர எல்லைக்கு உட்பட்டது.
10. இத்திட்டம் புதிய சட்ட திட்டங்களுக்கு ஏற்ப மாறுதலுக்கு உட்பட்டது.
11. விழா கால சலுகைகள் இத்திட்டத்திற்கு பொருந்தாது.
12. பரிசு பொருட்கள் இந்த திட்டத்திற்கு பொருந்தாது.

Easy Investment Plan

• To join this scheme you must choose the installment amount to be paid, for 11 months and continue to pay once, every month without gap. You can choose to pay on any date before 25th of each month to pay the installment amount.
• Read and understand the terms and conditions and agree to it by accepting it and submitting the required ID proof and other KYC details.
• The full benefits of the investment plan are applicable only to customers who have paid all the 11 installments without any gaps in between the months.
• The total amount you paid for 11 months will be converted to gold weight as per the Gold Rate on the Maturity Date (when you come to purchase your jewellery). For the accumulated weight, gold jewellery can be availed as per the following conditions, on the maturity date.  Conditions are:

If the customer selects jewellery with wastage (VA) upto 15%, the entire wastage will be borne by the company.

If the customer selects jewellery which exceeds 15% wastage (VA), then 15% wastage (VA) will be borne by the company and the excess wastage (VA) will be borne by the customer.

In case of selecting multiple products, the product with the highest wastage will only be taken into consideration, for the calculation.

• The customer can collect the jewellery by paying the GST fixed by the government on the total value of the jewellery selected.
• Bank details must be provided. As per government rules we cannot hold your money for more than 345 days (more than 11 months). Hence, your money will be credited back to your bank account, if it exceeds this limit. The remitted amount can be sent back to Siva Valli Vilas Jewelers’ bank account by NEFT/IMPS/RTGS to avail the benefits of this scheme (within 2 months). No benefits of the investment plan will be applicable, if not availed within two months of refunding back the money to your account.
• If a few months are left unpaid in between, the following conditions shall apply:

On the maturity date (after 11 months of joining),

If only 8 installments or less have been paid, no benefits of this scheme are applicable. Your deposit will be deducted as cash, for the jewellery you purchase. The deposit is non-refundable as cash if you do not purchase any jewellery.

If only 9 instalments have been paid, 11% wastage (VA) will be borne by the company and the remaining wastage (VA) will be borne by the customer.

If only 10 instalments have been paid, 13% wastage (VA) will be borne by the company and the remaining wastage (VA) will be borne by the customer.
