In 1929, our grandfather Paavadai chettiar was the first person in our family to open a gold jewellery shop named Sri Valli Vilas in Cuddalore, in the name of his beloved mother, Valli.

In the year 1953, our grandfather Dhandapani chettiar, opened the very first jewellery showroom in Cuddalore at Lawrence road 43 & 44.

In the year 1996, with his 40 years of experience, our father M.V.P.D Ramu chettiar opened a showroom by the name of Sri Valli Vilas Gold house at Bharathi Street in Pondicherry .

In 2012, As the fourth generation, with Mr. Sivasankar’s foresight, Sri Valli Vilas Gold house was transformed into Siva Valli Vilas Jewelers Private Limited by modifying our showroom.

In an effort to spread the pride of our heritage to various parts, we opened new showrooms in Karaikal, Cuddalore & Villupuram with your support and blessings..

In 2023, our Pondicherry showroom has been shifted to Nehru street with lift and car parking facility.
